Where safari comes to you

Rhino Safari Camp

Rhino Safari Camp is an intimate, traditional bushcamp nestled within dense “jesse” bushveld along the shoreline of Lake Kariba at the north-western end of the Matusadona National Park. It is owner operated, small (14 beds only) and highly acclaimed for its friendly, personalised hosting and excellent guiding – providing a perfect balance of comfort and informality in the wild.

Thank you for some of the best guiding experiences ever!!! Lovely camp and staff. Hope to come back one day!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever been. Authentic, rustic bush camp with amazing views from the room (you don’t even have to get out of your bed to see a beautiful sunrise!) Amazing crew, I felt I was with long time friends. Did some great boat trips and game drives and every time we saw different things, although my personal highlight was the ellies coming through camp!! A once in a lifetime experience. Thanks for a great time!!!

The Reid Family

The staff at Rhino Safari Camp
made our trip! So friendly and helpful.
They have a wonderful way of making
your stay so enjoyable whether watching elephants on the foreshore, relaxing in the evening around the camp fire or dining under the stars.
You will come away with a special bond,
like you are part of the Rhino Safari Camp extended family.

Fabulous stay after our wedding. Great honeymoon spot! Lots of elephants and great weather. Good to experience this side of the lake, was a first for me. Lovely to forget about the world for a few days and enjoy bush life. Thank you Rhino team for making us feel so at home, comfortable and like we had a special time. Looking forward to visiting again.
